What happens after you ship?
I stay. Support runs as a monthly subscription: fixes, small adjustments, and keeping everything running smoothly. Bigger changes and new features are scoped and quoted as fixed-price sprints, the same way the original build was. I only build systems I am willing to maintain.
Who owns the code and the plan?
You do. The code, the accounts, the infrastructure and the documentation are all in your name from day one. The discovery-sprint plan is yours to keep as well.
Is my data safe?
Your data lives in your own accounts, built with UAE data protection (PDPL) in mind: least access, encrypted storage, real backups. I can walk you through it in plain language on the call.
Why not just buy an off-the-shelf tool?
Sometimes you should, and if that is your case I will tell you on the free call. Custom pays off when the tool has to fit how your team actually works instead of forcing your team to fit the tool.
What if it goes over budget?
It cannot quietly. Work is sold in fixed-price sprints and every number is agreed before a sprint starts. If scope grows, we decide together and price it before anything is built.
